Rick Hendrick, famed NASCAR team owner, decided to donate some money to a non-profit charity over the weekend and nab himself the first production 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat at the same time. It only !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

Through a proxy, Mr. Hendrick purchased the model #700001 in Las Vegas at the Seventh Annual Barrett-Jackson Collector-Car Auction. The car is the only one that will be made in Stryker Red, a color normally reserves for the Dodge/SRT Viper. Preeeetttyyyy... All of the money will go to Opportunity Village Foundation, a group that works with people who have intellectual disabilities.
Other cars sold for lower six-figure sums: a 2014 Camaro Z/28 sold for $147,500, and a 2015 Limited Edition Mustang went for $170,000. All of those funds went to different non-profits as well.
